The measureis calibrated in both metric and imperial so it is easy to follow favouriteold cookery books as well as recipes passed down from a mother or grandmother.It measures in ounces grams American and English cups and pints. The measure isalso calibrated for fluid measurements and can be used to measure liquids forimmediate use but it is not watertight. The Dry Cook’sMeasure has been made by hand in England in which the production methodremains the same since the 1920s.
