With your signed consent:
- Dayes Ltd may contact the above Company’s to enquire about your payment history and financial record.
- Dayes Ltd may also make a search of your Company and the principal Directors with a Credit Reference Agency.
Please read and sign the following contract terms:
- We wish to open an account in the above named company, and agree that the conditions of sale and business arrangements as attached hereto should apply to all contracts between us.
- We note and accept that unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. Initial order will be a minimum of £300 and any orders after that are under £300 will incur a £20 delivery charge.
- We also accept that Title to any Goods subsequently sold by us, shall only pass, when cleared payment in full has been made for all goods supplied.
- We accept the Dayes Ltd Terms and Conditions.
- The signatory of this document is authorized to do so on behalf of the business.
